The eService Center is open 24 hours a day, 363 days a year (closed Christmas and New Year’s Day) and contains more than 1,200 support documents, many of which include multimedia instructions. Registered Xactimate users can access Xactware technicians via online chat and download helpful reference documents with this free resource from Xactware! Click here to access the eService Center.
If you are unable to login/access the eService Center, contact Xactware Sales (1-800-424-9228) during regular business hours of 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (Mountain Time), Monday through Friday only. They will be able to enable your access to the eService Center.
